  Our homes are conveniently situated near Blackburn town centre so residents may access all amenities including shops, leisure and sports facilities, libraries, local education, cinemas, etc.

  All three homes are within walking distance of the town centre. Nearby are two country parks and there is easy access to the local countryside, making country/canal/nature trail walks popular activities.

Almond Villas, 3 Dukes Brow, Blackburn, BB2 6EX

  Almond Villas can accomodate 14 service users and comprises of 6 self contained flats - 4 of which are designed for 3 people who each have their own bedroom and a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

There are also two self contained single flats situated at the top of the house. The lower ground floor contains offices, counselling room, meeting/group room, laundry facilities and a payphone.

Lancaster House - 3 Lancaster Place, Blackburn, BB2 6JT

  Lancaster House provides rehabilitation for 6 service users and offers a homely environment, where they receive continuing level of care and support.

  The social climate is that of an extended family with service users participating in the day to day running of the house. We have an excellent reputation for promoting recovery and enabling people to achieve optimum levels of independence.

19 Pritchard Street, Blackburn, BB2 3PF

  Our home at 19 Pritchard Street accomodates 4 service users where they continue with their rehabilitation programmes in preparation for moving on into their own tenancies.

  Service users continue to be involved with the support and development programmes introduced at Almond Villas. Keyworkers and support workers encourage service users to develop autonomy, decision making, responsibility and higher levels of independence.
